Left foot, right foot, repeat. It’s a simple concept but sadly simplicity has become synonymous with boredom. Now the days of sitting on a bike, going through the motions are behind us.

At Westward, our bikes are anything but stationary — we are bringing life to an overlooked piece of gym equipment. Each instructor-led spin class is set to an energizing playlist — inspiring your mind while challenging your body — each and every ride. In addition to the high intensity interval training (HIIT) cardio workout, each ride engages and tones your core, arms, back, glutes and legs through a series of movements. It’s a full-body, cardio dance party on a bike. All designed to give our riders leaner, toned bodies.

We’ll set the tone, cue the changes and keep you sweating. Songs and intensities are intended to release serotonin, dopamine and endorphins so after 45 minutes you’ll leave feeling challenged, but energized. It is unlike any other group fitness experience currently offered in Auckland.
