At Westward, our bikes are anything but stationary. With weighted arm movements to build upper body strength, and dance-like choreography, we ride to the rhythm of carefully crafted playlists. Staying seated while you cycle? Not gonna happen. Our instructor-led classes are high-intensity, challenging every inch of your body and leaving you toned, energized, and very, very sweaty.
While we love to pedal hard, you won’t find any metrics dashboards, high-tech projectors, or competition in our studio. We’re a community, and we believe that real health isn’t about numbers, it’s how movement makes you feel. That’s why there’s more to our method than making your heart race; our music-driven classes are designed to bring you back into your body, engage and inspire your mind, and connect you to the energy of the group. The more you give, the more you receive.

I’ve never found a workout class that I’ve ever really loved or stuck with and I’m coming up to 100 rides at Westward soon. I love how wonderful all the instructors are, super friendly, welcoming and non-judgy. Annabelle is a great motivator as the team captain and all round good pup. Every class seems different, and I never feel bored. Westward is a really important part of my weekly routine now and I don’t know what I would do without them!

Unlike other indoor cycling studios and big box gyms, we prefer small format. At less than 20 riders per class, our vibe is intimate and our attention individualized.
We love getting to know our riders beyond their names, and supporting whatever goals they have both on and off the bike.
